《尘封的军功章》是以李文祥为原型的现代豫剧外景电影。该片由河南戏曲艺术片导演王建伟执导，著名编剧贾璐倾力打磨，着重演绎主人公李文祥返乡带领乡亲们脱贫致富的感人故事。该片由同名豫剧舞台剧改编，以李文祥同志为原型，讲述他在革命战争年代，面对枪林弹雨，坚守理想信念，出生入死为国家做贡献；在和平建设时期，面对荣誉功勋，自愿扎根农村，安于清贫，带领乡亲们致富的无私奉献精神。
